1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Controller
CentralWorkflowNest, Váci utca 31, 1052, Budapest, Hungary, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our client engagements. You can reach our privacy desk at
[email protected].
1.2 Data we collect
— Contact details you provide through the contact form or by email: name, work email, phone number, company name, and the contents of your enquiry.
— Contract and billing data required to deliver our services, including invoicing details and payment confirmations.
— Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected only to the extent necessary to operate and secure the website.
1.3 Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to answer enquiries (steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to deliver contracted ERP and CRM services, to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), to protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), and — only where you have given consent — to send occasional service updates (Art. 6(1)(a)).
1.4 Recipients and transfers
Data is shared only with processors that support our operations — secure email hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and analytics — each bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell or rent personal data. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
1.5 Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Contractual records are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for the statutory limitation and accounting periods under Hungarian law, typically 8 years.
1.6 Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Requests can be sent to
[email protected] and we respond within 30 days.
2. Terms of Service
2.1 Scope
These terms govern every service engagement between CentralWorkflowNest, Váci utca 31, 1052, Budapest, Hungary, and its clients, including ERP implementation, CRM workflow automation, data migration, integration work, and maintenance retainers. Individual engagements are further defined in a written statement of work or order confirmation, which prevails where it deviates from these terms.
2.2 Proposals and scheduling
Proposals remain valid for 30 days from issue. Work begins on the date the deposit is received or the agreed start date, whichever is later. Delivery timelines assume timely access to your systems, decision-makers, and source data; delays on the client side extend milestones accordingly.
2.3 Fees and payment
Fixed-scope projects are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% on acceptance, unless the statement of work states otherwise. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days via bank transfer or our
secure payment link.
Late payments accrue statutory default interest and may pause active work after 10 days of overdue status.
2.4 Client responsibilities
You will provide accurate system documentation, nominate a decision-maker, and secure the licences for any third-party software involved (such as your ERP or CRM platform). You are responsible for the legality of data you ask us to migrate or process.
2.5 Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables — configuration, workflow definitions, dashboards, and custom code — transfer to you. CentralWorkflowNest retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and reusable components, which are licensed to you perpetually and royalty-free for use within the delivered solution.
2.6 Warranties and liability
Deliverables are warrantied for 30 days after acceptance against material defects; during that window we remedy issues at no cost. Beyond that period, remediation falls under the applicable maintenance retainer. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement in the preceding 12 months; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platform outages.
2.7 Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice; you remain responsible for work completed up to the termination date. These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, after an attempt at good-faith negotiation.
3. Cookie Policy
3.1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit centralworkflownest.com. They let the site remember your choices between visits and help us keep sessions secure.
3.2 Cookies we use
—Strictly necessary — session integrity and security tokens required for the site to function. These cannot be switched off.
—Preference — stores your cookie consent choice under the key cookie_consent so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
—Analytics — aggregated, IP-truncated statistics that show which pages are useful. These are set only after you accept the banner.
3.3 Duration
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. The consent cookie persists for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies expire after a maximum of 26 months.
3.4 Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. Withdrawing consent is done by clearing the site's storage or contacting
[email protected].
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Deposits and milestone payments
The initial deposit on a fixed-scope project reserves delivery capacity and covers the discovery and mapping phase; it is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, the deposit is returned in full within 14 days.
4.2 Defective deliverables
If a delivered milestone materially deviates from the agreed statement of work and we cannot correct it within a reasonable period, you may request a proportional refund for that milestone, calculated against the work accepted to date.
4.3 Retainers
Maintenance retainers are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. The current month's fee is non-refundable once the priority support window has opened; unused prepaid months are returned pro rata.
4.4 Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers acting outside business purposes have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU distance-selling rules. Where services have been fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period ends, you may owe a prorated amount for the work already completed.
4.5 How to request a refund
Send your request to [email protected] with your invoice number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — including payments made through our
payment portal — within 14 business days of approval.
